As the exclusive regional partner of Little Tikes Commercial, we provide full-service playground and recreation solutions including design, equipment, surfacing, project management, and installation. Our team is committed to delivering responsive, personalized service with the local support and attention clients can rely on from concept to completion.

Our Story

In 2011, husband-and-wife team JamieLea and Aaron Sligh started their company with a shared commitment to providing quality service for playground installation solutions. Since the beginning, they have built the company together through a hands-on, turnkey approach backed by industry experience and dependable service. Partnering with Little Tikes Commercial for the last 10 years, Aaron and JamieLea have been nationally recognized for their sales achievements and lead nationwide in new product implementation. Aaron manages the sales team, oversees project management, and specializes in playground planning and design, helping to guide projects from concept to completion. JamieLea manages customer relationships and the day-to-day operational side of the business while looking for new ways to continually strengthen their competitive advantage. Their complementary roles allow Play-Pro Recreation to deliver responsive customer service and well-executed project planning with consistency, accountability, and attention to detail.

With 15 years of industry experience JamieLea is committed to running the business with honesty and integrity. Building customer trust and maintaing the best company standards is top Priority for JamieLea.

Fun Fact: JamieLea's favorite hobby is gardening and trail riding at their farm with their 3 sons!

Aaron Sligh

Co-Owner & Founder, Sales Design & Project Management

For over 20 years Aaron has been installing, designing, supplying and coordinating playground projects. His energy, passion and creativeity brings life to new and existing playgrounds alike. While on the job site Aaron enjoys project management and meeting new people.

Fun fact: Aaron's favorite season is the fall when he gets to enjoy deer hunting from a tree stand!

Ally McElfish

Director of Operations

Ally plays an important role at Play-Pro Recreation, helping connect team members and keeping projects moving efficiently. With years of operational experience, she has a strong understanding of the coordination and workflow needed to support a smooth process from start to finish. Ally is a dependable team player who is always willing to step in and help wherever needed.

Fun fact: In her free time Ally is a professional photographer and has been nationally published!

Brady Wallace

Sales Team | NE, SD, ND |

Brady brings new talent to the sales team with a fresh outlook on customer connections. Brady has helped the Play-Pro Team expand into SD and ND and is eager to introduce new customers to Little Tikes Commercial playground equipment.

Fun fact: Brady is a veteran of the Army National Guard!

Jeff Wallace

Sales Team | IA, NE |

With over 20+ years of sales experience Jeff always puts his customer's first. His responsiveness gives customer's the peace of mind needed for project success. Jeff is a friendly face that is always willing to chat about your next playground project!

Fun Fact: Along with playing college basketball, Jeff was previously an athletic director for an Iowa based school!

Jake Guckenberger

Designer & Sales Team, IA

Over 3+ years industry experience, Jake has a meticulous approach to playground projects. His attention to detail and play with a purpose method has created some of our best destination playgrounds. Jake is attentive and maintain's a great knowledge of all of our products and services.

Fun fact: Jake is an avid outdoorsmen and enjoys shed hunting with his dog!

Ryan Hoogendoorn

Project Manager

With more than 6 years of industry experience, Ryan brings skilled craftsmanship and hands-on knowledge to every playground project. His problem-solving abilities and expertise in playground installation help keep projects running smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.

Fun fact: Ryan loves working outdoors and prefers winter temperatures over summer heat!
